Did anybody else tune in to Jamie's latest show last night? It's made in the UK and takes a group of 'normal' overweight people through a series of demonstrations showing how to improve their diet, weight and health.
I found it interesting although not enthralling. Some of the demonstrations they did were fascinating, like measuring and comparing heart and lung strength between different individuals, and using medical imaging to show the percentage of fat inside people's bodies. But in other parts it seemed like the demos were getting a bit pointless and silly, like the woman lying in a bath of oil. What was the point to that?
Anyway, what did others think? Has it changed your view of Jamie? _________________ “Blessed are the Cheese Makers!” - Jesus, in the Life of Brian |
